By accessing and using the Miracle Hill Spas website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and guests of Miracle Hill Spas and participating resorts.

Bookings and Reservations

Spa Services: Reservations for day passes, overnight stays, and spa treatments are managed independently by each participating resort. Please contact individual venues directly for availability, pricing, and booking procedures.

Event Tickets: Tickets for the annual Miracle Hill Spa Tour event (January 30 - February 1, 2025) are processed through EventBrite and are subject to their terms and conditions. Event dates, times, and participating venues may be modified at our discretion.

Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during any registration or booking process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Spa Reservations: Cancellation and refund policies for spa services vary by individual resort. Please review each venue's specific policy before booking.
• Event Tickets: Spa Tour event ticket cancellations and refunds are governed by EventBrite's terms. Please review their refund policy before purchasing.
• Event Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone events due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, refunds or alternative arrangements will be offered.
• No-Show Policy: Policies for no-shows vary by resort and service. Please check with individual venues.

Visitor Conduct

As a visitor to Miracle Hill Spas and participating resorts, you agree to:

• Conduct yourself in a respectful and courteous manner toward other participants, spa staff, and venue personnel
• Follow all rules and regulations of participating spa venues
• Respect the privacy and property of others
• Comply with all health and safety guidelines provided by venues
• Not engage in any illegal, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior

Miracle Hill Spas and participating venues reserve the right to remove any visitor who violates these terms or engages in disruptive behavior, without refund.

Health and Safety

Medical Conditions: Participants with medical conditions should consult their healthcare provider before using spa facilities, particularly hot mineral pools. We are not responsible for any health issues arising from participation.

Assumption of Risk: By visiting spa facilities and participating in treatments or activities, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with spa services. Each visitor is responsible for their own health and safety.

Age Restrictions: Some venues may have age restrictions for certain facilities or treatments. Please check with individual venues for specific policies.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Miracle Hill Spas or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Photography and Media

By visiting Miracle Hill Spas properties and participating in events, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Images and videos may be used in our marketing materials, website, and social media without compensation.

Media VIP Passes: Approved media representatives agree to use content in accordance with professional standards and provide appropriate attribution when covering the event.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miracle Hill Spas, its organizers, participating venues, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, services, or visits to spa facilities.

We are not responsible for the actions, services, or facilities provided by individual spa venues. Each venue operates independently and maintains its own policies and standards.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.
